The parent company M/S Mayfair Villa Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 in the year 1994. With a view to expand its business another firm in the name of MAYFAIR PROPERTIES was formed and became operative as partnership firm in the year 1996, for the ongoing projects dedicated in the Promotion & Development of multistoried buildings with all modern amenities amidst clean green environment in different prime location since 1996. Over the years, the company has developed a reputation for accomplishing the most complex projects, on time and within budget. Despite its success and emphasis on efficiency and technology, Mayfair Group remains a traditional company relying on family values and ideas such as quality, reliability, constant on site support, teamwork, and total commitment to customer satisfaction. The Company diversified into Education and opened up Mayfair Business School in the year 2009. The Group also forayed into exports to Bangladesh.
